Cat Scratch Consulting was founded on a simple observation: the organizations struggling most with AI adoption aren't struggling with the technology. They're struggling with the people side — the trust questions, the role confusion, the quiet fear of being replaced — and most consultants aren't trained to see it.
Our founder's background sits at a rare intersection of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, law, and project management. That blend means we can read a firm's confidentiality obligations and its staff's anxiety in the same meeting — and design a rollout plan that respects both.
For law firms in particular, this matters. We speak the language of compliance, professional responsibility, and client confidentiality, so recommendations land as credible rather than naive.
