Cat Scratch Consulting was founded on a simple observation: the organizations struggling most with AI adoption aren't struggling with the technology. They're struggling with the people. Trust, role confusion, the quiet fear of being replaced — all of these issues are people-based. Most consultants aren't trained to see it.
My background sits at a rare intersection of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, law, and project management. That blend means I can understand a firm's confidentiality obligations and its staff's anxiety in the same meeting, all while designing a rollout plan that respects both.
For law firms in particular, this is critical. At Cat Scratch Consulting, we speak the language of compliance, professional responsibility, and client confidentiality, so recommendations land as credible rather than naive. And for small businesses, it means advice designed for real teams and real budgets rather than enterprise wokrshops shrunk to fit.
